If You Build It, They Will Come
Wigg’s Wednesdays is here again to share inspirational content on life hacks, self-development, sustainability, personal finance, minimalism, and travel tips.
Not gonna lie – I’m still adjusting to being settled in one place here in Auckland, especially where I didn’t really know anyone in advance. I’ve been combatting this by organising and attending meetups for like-minded people. I hosted a good get-together on Sunday with 15 fans of a lifestyle blogger I’m keen on. Boom! Instant friends, who expressed appreciation for my taking the initiative. It was yet another reminder that “if you build it, they will come”. Looking forward to continuing to build value while here in Auckland… The payoff far outweighs the effort.

Eep! “The Internet is now more polluting than the airline industry” and “We unknowingly emit 806 grams of CO2 every day when sending and receiving 33 emails in average or with our Google researches.” While paper-free offices are becoming the norm, they may not be as green as they seem; with plenty of digital pollution involved in sending and saving data.
